The Denver Worker Cooperative is open to new people. We have adopted Consensus (see Communication Section) and we are working on a Grocery Store / Food Hub idea.
If you are interested and would like to talk to someone about worker cooperatives immediately – please call the Rocky Mountain Employee Ownership Center or call Joanna at 720-243-0545.
To introduce new people, we usually have an orientation, where we get together and talk about what a cooperative is and what it isn’t, and get some of your questions answered. In addition, we ask that you bring or email us your skill sets.
At your first meeting, we ask that you sit and observe. We are in a process now, and need to get things accomplished. We will be happy to answer your questions after the meeting!
