The more I learn about the food industry, the more I realize that it is a plot of power. It is not an accident that healthy food is only available to the rich. That is planned. It is also feeding off our desire for convenience. We like everything to be fast and convenient which also feeds into our leading ourselves into this predicament. I am going to write more about this later but we, the people, have let this happen to us – we the people wanted someone else to take over our lives and run them for a while, until we did not anymore. Now, we do not anymore – but it is just cycles of life.
